Ryan Behan

Ryan Behan is the Vice President of Engineering and Principal Architect of NetSmart, a leading provider of of software and technology solutions for community-based healthcare. In his 21 years with NetSmart, Ryan has served as Senior Director of Engineering and Principal Architect, Lead Innovation Architect, and Director of Internal IT.

Ryan is a seasoned engineering leader that builds meaningful connections with those he serves and leads. He enjoys working with both software and infrastructure teams, helping to cross pollinate knowledge, and cultivating a spirit of collaboration. Ryan's technology interests include Python, C#, MongoDB, Web3, LLMs, and AI agentic workflows.

Ryan holds a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
