  • Printing Services (Main and East Campus)

    If you run out of your printing quota in SINC sites, it will automatically be deducted from your Wolfie Wallet account.

    What if I don’t have an ID card?

    If you are not a Stony Brook University Student, Faculty or Staff member, but would like to print, you may purchase a “ Wolfie Wallet Visitor Card” from a CBord ValuePort card dispenser. These dispensers are located on the 1st and 3rd Floor Stacks of the Melville Library and the 3rd Floor of the Health Sciences Library.

    How to print using a Wolfie Wallet Copy/Print Card:

    • After selecting “Print”, change the printer to mainq_guest, then click print.
    • When prompted for ID # and password, enter the number on the front of the card. You may choose your own password.
    • Go to the Printing Release Station.
    • Swipe card.
    • You will see your documents and be able to print or delete jobs

    Does FedEx Office on campus accept Wolfie Wallet?

    Yes, FedEx Office does accept Wolfie Wallet. They are located on the lower level of the Melville Library, room 0320. For more information about pricing, hours and how to place an order, visit the ASA website.

    Southampton Hospital's cafeteria is located on the basement level, directly across from the elevators on the south side of the building. The cafeteria is open to all Hospital personnel and visitors.

    The cafe, located in the Student Center, offers breakfast and lunch items such as sandwiches, salads, soup and more. All meals are prepared with locally sourced ingredients.

Off-Campus Locations

Please Note:

  • When placing an order over the phone for delivery, please be sure to give the Wolfie Wallet merchant the 16-digit number on the front of your Stony Brook ID card.
  • When the order is delivered to you or you arrive at the pick-up location, please show the Wolfie Wallet merchant your Stony Brook ID card so that they can verify that the photo matches the person picking up the order.
  • If you see any incorrect transactions on your account, please report them immediately to the ASA Services Office by calling 631.632.6517.
  • Students, faculty & staff must pay sales tax on their orders when using Wolfie Wallet for their purchases.
  • You may NOT purchase alcohol, cannabis or tobacco products with Wolfie Wallet.
