I have grown my business from scratch, managing all aspects of marketing, sales, inventory, customer service, and people development. I have earned multiple certifications, awards, and recognition for my excellent performance and customer satisfaction. I am also certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in New York State, New York City, Port Authority, and Nassau County, and I am open to assist in contracting opportunities, especially in the K-12 tech repair niche.
