John C. (Jack) Lewin, MD is a principal of American Health NY, an international health services management and consulting company focused on improving health care in the Middle East and globally. He is also Chief Medical Officer and science advisor of New York City-based MDPortals, an innovative provider of unified patient intelligence for improving health outcomes and accurate risk adjustment scoring for medical groups, health systems, and payers. He is Principal and Founder of Lewin and Associates LLC of New York City, and is also Chairman of the National Coalition on Health (NCHC) of Washington DC. Lewin and Associates is a consulting organization focused on launching health start-up companies and also on developing policy and advocacy positions for health sector companies and government. The NCHC is a highly respected national advocacy organization in Washington DC representing 80+ national health sector organizations and 150 million Americans. He serves on various boards and scientific advisory committees.
