Bailey Chapin is an M.A./Ph.D. student and Graduate Council Fellow in Art History and Criticism at Stony Brook. Her research focuses on interrelationships between the arts, particularly poetry and music, as vital to mid-twentieth-century visual art. She studies collaborations between painters, printmakers, poets, and musicians with connections to both France and the United States from 1940-1960. Bailey holds a BA in Art History and French Studies from Wesleyan University.
