Learn about the practice of bringing awareness and a healthy perspective to our lives. Meditation involves time spent quietly focusing our busy minds in order to bring attention to what our present moment is, rather than pondering the past or guessing about the future.

Our Schedule

Come and find a moment of peace. Our meditation space is available for self-guided meditation, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. 

Guided Meditation Schedule Fall 2025:

Monday: 2 - 4 PM

Tuesday: 6:30 - 8:30 PM

Wednesday: 2 - 4 PM

Thursday: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Friday: 11 AM - 1 PM

The instructions are simple! Each person's meditation practice is unique to them. Here we can provide an environment for you to explore what meditation is for you!
