Come and find a moment of peace. Our meditation space is available for self-guided meditation, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Guided Meditation Schedule Fall 2025:
Monday: 2 - 4 PM
Tuesday: 6:30 - 8:30 PM
Wednesday: 2 - 4 PM
Thursday: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Friday: 11 AM - 1 PM
