    • Angelyse
      Angelyse
      Angelyse is a senior majoring in English with a minor in Hispanic Languages with plans to get a masters in Higher Education Administration. She has experience with different forms of writing such as research papers, personal narratives and was a TA for SBU 101. She is a member of the ANZ club on campus and loves to read on her free time.

      Brian
      Brian is a sophomore majoring in Political Science and minoring in Professional Writing, hoping to go to law school. He is currently a teaching assistant for SBU 101 and WRT 102, as well as a research assistant for the Political Science Department. Brian is also an editor at the Stony Brook Press. In his free time, you might find Brian working on his blog, snapping photos with his digicam, or singing "Under Pressure" by Queen and David Bowie with his roommate.

      Chiho
      Chiho is a sophomore majoring in Marine Sciences with a minor in Writing and Rhetoric. Along with being a tutor for the Writing Center, she is a Fellow for SCH 101, International Relations Chair for the Japanese Student Organization, and a secretary for SBU Audubon, which is a club dedicated to spreading awareness about birds and bird conservation. Chiho plans to pursue a career that incorporates marine conservation and research with writing, whatever that may entail, but her grand dream in life is to be an author and own a tiny bookshop, preferably with a bakery next door. When she has free time, she can be seen hanging out with friends, enjoying the comfort of her dorm, making progress on her novels or reading, and listening to wildly different types of music.

      Isabela
      Isabela is a junior majoring in Coastal Environmental Studies. She intends to pursue a masters in Environmental Science and Policy and hopes to have a career in the field. She has participated in environmental research at Syracuse University and USF St. Petersburg that focuses on sustainability and environmental literacy. In her free time, you can find Isabela binging anime, cooking, or singing along to whatever's stuck in her head that day.

      Kaitlyn
      Kaitlyn is a junior double majoring in Health Science and Creative Writing, with aspirations to bridge the two disciplines in her future career. She currently serves as an associate editor for SBU's scientific journal, Young Investigators Review, where she has extensive experience editing professional research papers, theses, and academic writing. Her specialty lies in medical writing, combining her scientific knowledge with her creative writing skills to communicate complex health information effectively. In her free time, she spontaneously enjoys going to concerts, reading English and historical literature, and writing short stories.

      Sarah
      Sarah is a senior majoring in English and minoring in Writing & Rhetoric, with plans to work in the publishing industry. She has experience with several kinds of writing, including literary analyses, technical writing, as well as personal narratives, and argumentative essays. She is an editor for both the Kaleidoscope Honors College magazine and the Stony Brook Young Investigators Review. She is also currently a TA for EGL 308 and the event coordinator of Alpha Nu Zeta English Honor Society at SBU.
