Yedendra Shrinivasan, PhD

Dr. Yedendra Shrinivasan is passionate about sustainable and transparent food supply and has more than a decade of technical leadership experience in software/ML engineering and industry research. He currently works at Twitter in New York. At Tralexho, his team is currently building technologies for enabling traceability and transparency in the supply chain. At Tech Camellia, he oversees AI/Blockchain technology applications to help plantations generate high-quality and fresh products for their end customers. Previously, as a chief architect and engineering lead at IBM, he led the design and implementation of various blockchain and ML-based solutions for ensuring food safety, efficient decentralized trade transactions, and empowering customers with trustable information about the products they consume. He holds a PhD in Visual Analytics from the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), The Netherlands.
