Hybrid MBA Program

Offering a Hybrid Approach to Learning and Building Your Network

The program is designed to fit into a working professional’s life, with evening hybrid courses you can plan around every semester. Get your degree done and grow your network while advancing your career at the same time.

programs include

 

core course wednesdays

Students are required to take either 6 or 11 core (foundations) courses depending on whether they are in the 36- or 48-credit track. All core courses will meet in person every other Wednesday during the semester for a required 80-minute class. The remaining work for each core course will be completed online, asynchronously.Students should allocate time appropriately. Each 3-credit course is equivalent to 42 contact hours per semester, plus weekly independent work.

immersion weekends

All core courses will also have two in-person required weekend meeting times during the semester on either a Saturday or a Sunday for a 3-hour class. Immersion days will be opportunities for networking and guest speakers.

scheduling & delivery mode CORE MBA Classes

Each core course will meet in a hybrid format on seven Wednesday evenings in person (25% of class meetings), 2 Saturday or Sunday immersion days (15% of class meetings), and the remainder asynchronous online (60% of class meetings)

Program Features

  • 36-48 credits
  • Attend full- or part-time
  • Classes offered in Fall and Spring semesters as well as 3-week Winter term and two 6-week summer sessions
  • Time to completion for full time students is typically 12-18 months
  • Applicants with an undergraduate degree in business management may qualify for a 36-credit track program
  • No work experience is required
  • GMAT optional
  • Students in general MBA program can choose any graduate business electives, provided that they meet the prerequisite requirement. This allows students to design a unique MBA program that best suits their professional goals.

Elective Courses
All students are required to take 5-6, 500-level MBA program elective courses, depending on their program. 
Students in the MBA General Curriculum program can choose any graduate business electives, providing that they meet the prerequisite requirement.
Students cannot choose more than 2 courses from each of the following areas: FIN, MKT, HRM, HAS, HHH, HPH.
